ATTENTION 4-H & FFA RABBIT EXHIBITORS!!!
The new class for Rabbits is called the Johnson County Bred Junior Rabbit Class. The goal for this class is to encourage 4-H/FFA members to learn how to breed and raise their own rabbits. The rabbit for this class needs to be born between Jan. 26th- March 31st – thus meeting the criteria for Jr. Class criteria (under 6 months of age).
The rabbit breeder is the owner of the rabbits at the time of breeding and birth of kits in Johnson County. 4-H/FFA members must certify by email or standard mail to Jeff Englert with the name of buck and doe used in the breeding program, date bred, and the date and number of kits born in the litter to be eligible for the Johnson County Jr. Bred Jr. Class Rabbit.
