4-H Enrollment
Members can now enroll themselves in 4-H. It is called 4-H Online. You can maintain your address, phone number, emails, project listing. You can even opt to have a text message sent to your phone for reminders.
You can also identify all your animals with the exception of market animals. Market Animals will be entered by county staff, however, you will have to go into your 4-H online account and verify the information that has been entered.
You can even electronically sign your Iowa Code of Ethics. You can also enter all your medical information online as well. The office will then print a copy of your medical form for our records.
Once you have enrolled in the 4-H Online system, your enrollment will be reviewed in the office to verify all the information needed is there. If anything is needed, you will be notified. If everything needed is there, your request for enrollment will be approved!
To start your enrollment, first open up the New Family Enrollment Help Sheet. Print the help sheet out. Then click on the link below to go to the 4-H Online system to start your enrollment process. Once you have enrolled in 4-H Online and your enrollment has been approved, you will receive a packet welcoming you to the Jefferson County 4-H!
