4-H Enrollment and re-enrollment forms for the 2007-2008 4-H year are due to the Extension Office by November 15th.
If you are a member of a 4-H club, either new or returning, your leader has forms available and will be able to assist you with filling those out.
If you are a new member looking for a club to join, please call or stop in the Extension Office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for more information and the necessary forms.
Members will be asked to complete or verify some personal information, choose their 4-H projects for the year, and list any necessary literature they may need for those projects.
Enrollment forms are used to compile mailing lists so it's very important to have them completed and returned as soon as possible!
