Self-Managed Accounts:

$300/year for each account. An account can create multiple rooms, however only one room can be in use at a time. Additional accounts should be purchased if concurrent meetings are anticipated. There is no limit on the number of meetings which an account can host as long as only one meeting is conducted at a time.

These are self-managed accounts where the individual is responsible for creating rooms, hosting meetings and providing first level support to meeting participants. EIT will provide second level technical support to the account owner.

External ISU Extension Partners: $600/year

These accounts are only given to personnel belonging to institutions or agencies that help fulfill ISU Extension's outreach mission.

Credit Classes:

$100/Class/Semester

After receiving a class list, EIT will create a meeting room and content folder for each class. EIT will provide management access to the room and content folder for the college group facilitating each class. The folders will be organized by year, semester, college and class. In addition, a procedure will run nightly to move recordings from the meeting rooms to their associated content folders as well as provide an Atom feed to syndicate the recordings.

EIT will provide second level technical support to the college/department facilitating the classes.
