Tools to help you get started:

Adobe Acrobat Connect Add-in for Windows or Macintosh allows you to share your screen and upload files to meetings (for presenters and hosts).
Test your computer to ensure you are set up with all of the tools you need to participate in a meeting.
 Install Adobe FlashPaper.  FlashPaper is the "PDF" equivalent for Connect.  PDF's will not work, but FlashPapers will.
