Ethernet Cables

Ethernet cables connect network devices to each other, including computers, printers, wireless access points, file servers, routers, switches, etc. Each wired device in your office will require an Ethernet cable. Somewhat similar to a phone cable, Ethernet cables use an 8-wire category 5 (or 6) cable with RJ45 plugs. Analog phone systems typically use 4-wire cable with RJ11 plugs. Some digital or multiline phone systems may use 8-wire cable with RJ45 plugs, but may only require category 3 wire.

EIT Ethernet cables are handcrafted one at a time to insure quality. The artisanship of these category 5 cables incorporates the finest materials on the market today. Cables carry a lifetime warranty on durability and workmanship.1 Orders for standard length cables acknowledged before noon are typically shipped overnight. Billing will be done through ISU Accounts Receivable.

1 Lifetime does not refer to that of the cable. It refers to the craftsman making the cable. Once he's dead all bets are off.
