Adding a Copier to the Network

Network copiers may be purchased from any vendor you choose when using county funds. An existing contract must be used when using state funds. Extension IT will provide network configuration information to your vendor to facilitate setup, but will not provide support for your copier.

All network copiers must be configured with a static IP address using TCP/IP printing. Please contact William A. Myers for a static IP address, subnet mask and gateway IP address.

Additionally, copiers with scanning functionality should scan to email; scanning to a file share is not possible. Scan to email functionality can be configured by your copier vendor with the following information:
