Interested in joining 4-H in Iowa County?

Our typical enrollment period is from September 15th through May 15th. Here is some helpful information to help you get started. Want to find out what the excitement is all about? Click here to Explore 4-H.

4-H is a program offered for youth in the 4th through the 12th grades. The first step is to pick a club which may be determined by location, age, or special interests. Click here to See a list of 4-H Clubs (grades 4th - 12th) in Iowa County. The club leaders would be happy to tell you about their club including meeting times, special club rules, and interests.

There is also special clubs for "Clover Buds" children K-3. Click here to See a list of 4-H Clover Bud Clubs (Kindergarten - 3rd grade) in Iowa County.
 
Once you have decided you would like to join a club it is time to register please contact the Iowa County extension office and they will help you get started.
 
Now the fun begins! To help you Pick Your Adventure you can See a list of 4-H Projects and Learn about each of those 4-H Projects. Join your club for the monthly meetings and they can help you along the way.

Iowa County 4-H is excited to host an open house for all members of Iowa County that are interested in participating in a 4-H First Lego League. Iowa County 4-H is seeking youth and coaches to start a new team of youth to compete in the 2014-2015 FLL season.

Theresa Heitman of Iowa County was inducted into the 2014 Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame during a ceremony at the 4-H Exhibits Building at the Iowa State Fair on Sunday, Aug. 17.

The future of Iowa County 4-H looks bright as an active group of 3rd grade Clover Kids celebrated their graduation on August 6th at the Iowa County Extension Office.

Seventeen 2nd & 3rd grade campers turned into aerospace engineers through the “Parachute” STEM camp put on by Iowa County 4-H at the Iowa County Extension Office on July 9.
