ISU Extension Strengthening Families Program
Ida County Extension held Strengthening Families Sessions where parents and children learned how to show love while setting limits, develop skills in handling peer pressure and how to have fun together.
Strengthening Families is a program for families with children ages 10-14. The program is designed to build parent/child relationships during difficult growing years. During the sessions parents and children work together to learn to appreciate each other and build communication skills needed to help solve problems together.
