Iowa State University Extension and Outreach: Humboldt County

Humboldt County Extension builds partnerships and provides research-based learning opportunities to improve quality of life in Iowa. We have the resources to help with your business, family, farm, or community.

2013 Iowa Farm Custom Rate Survey - Survey of Iowa farmers, custom operators, and farm managers on rates expected to be charged or paid for custom machine work.

2012 Cash Rent Survey - Cash rental rates presented are the result of a survey of farmers, landowners, agricultural lenders, real estate brokers, and professional farm managers.

Iowa Land Value Survey - The Iowa Land Value Survey, directed by Michael Duffy, Iowa State University extension farm management specialist and professor of economics, is a topic of great interest. The survey has been conducted annually since 1941, and is the only statewide survey that collects information on land values in each of Iowa's 99 counties.
