The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax preparation and electronic filing for low to moderate income Iowans.

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), Family Nutrition Program (FNP), and Loving Your Family-Iowa help families learn to make informed choices about low-cost, nutritious foods; to better manage family finances; and to become more self-sufficient.
