- Customer Service Representatives will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including New Year’s Day.
- The call center is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and the Fourth of July.
- The call center will provide objective information in English and in Spanish. It will also use language lines for 150 additional languages.
