Manure applicator training for commerical or confinement will be held each Friday at either 8:30 or 1:00.  You must call and register at least one day in advance.  If no registrations are received, the program will not be shown.

One of the beef feedlot roundtable sessions will be held in Howard County at the ISU Howard County Extension Office in Cresco, Iowa on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 1-4 p.m.

A workshop will be held for vegetable production growers to learn about intergrating cover crops, insect problems, and soil fertility at the Cedar Valley Production Auction located south of Riceville, Iowa on February 16, 2015 form 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A local meeting to review the Farm Bill will be held in Howard county on Thursday, February 12 form 6-8 p.m. at the Featherlite Center.
