Howard County is located in the Northeast Iowa area. We are 50 miles south of Rochester, Minnesota and approximately 20 west of Decorah, Iowa.
When coming into town on Highway 9 from the East,
- Turn north (or right) at the stop light.
- Then turn left at the first opportunity and
- Proceed to end of block.
When coming into Cresco on Highway 9 from the West
- Turn left at the second stoplight
- Then go one block and turn left again.
- Proceed to the end of the block.
The office is on the right hand side and just north of the Fareway store. The brick building is located on the corner of First Ave. West and West Second Street (there are only two stop lights in Cresco, you can't miss it.)
