Six regional “Spotlights” (one-day events) are held to familiarize citizens with the Horizons program. Applications are taken and communities selected.
September/November, 2008
Community planning groups meeting to organize study circles (community conversations on poverty).Complete study circles.
January/May, 2009
Complete LeadershipPlenty®
June/September, 2009
Complete a community visioning process.
September, 2009/March, 2010
The community receives customized activities and training.

Horizons Timeline

September-October 2006
