September is a busy month of recognition and celebration. It has been declared chicken month, cholesterol education month, food safety month, mushroom month, potato month, rice month, whole grain month and honey month in addition to acknowledging “Eat Dinner Together Week”. This month's newsletter weaves several of these events together.
