Adult Children & Aging Parents Curriculum

The Adult Children and Aging Parents curriculum is available for purchase for educators in family life and family resource management disciplines from Iowa State University Extension. To purchase access to the curriculum materials, print off and complete the license (pdf) and send it and the license fee to Iowa State University.

This license agreement  provides that the licensee may make multiple copies of participant handouts or activity sheets for the licensee’s audiences, including other staff who will be purchasing and teaching with the curriculum.

The web-based curriculum may not be copied for multiple facilitators (such as the field staff of a state’s extension programs).  It is expected that each person intending to use the material will purchase a license.

The curriculum includes an overview with background and teaching tips; complete teaching materials, including outlines and participant handouts; evaluation tools; resource guide for participants and facilitators; and a newsletter series based on program concepts.

Iowa State University Extension will notify licensees of any changes, corrections, or additions to the material.

Access the Adult Children & Aging Parents: Conversations between generations curriculum, if you have purchased a license or are an ISUE staff member.

Please contact Kyle Kostelecky for more information about the program. Contact Barbara Abbott, 515-294-4843 with questions about purchase of license.
