This searchable database currently provides a short synopsis of approximately 80 nutrition education curriculums. Reviewing curriculum is an on-going process and we will continue to add to the list over time. If you know of a curriculum that is not in our list, please contact us at FSHN Extension.
The current emphasis on academics in the classroom creates a challenge to add nutrition education to existing curriculum. However, many nutrition education curriculums support existing academic requirements, standards and benchmarks. Thus, standards and benchmarks and cross-curricular content appear in the database to help teachers dovetail nutrition education into existing curriculum requirements, standards and benchmarks.
