Radish celery salad

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced radishes, sliced
  • 2 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 2 cups torn up lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. Toss together vegetables in bowl.
  2. Divide into four servings and serve.
  3. Serving suggestion: top with your favorite fat free or low fat salad dressing.
