Pineapple slaw

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2-1/2 tbsp pineapple juice

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Toss and serve or put covered into refrigerator until serving.

Nutrition Information: 60 calories, 0 grams total fat, 14 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram protein, 2 grams fiber, 20 milligrams sodium, 0 milligrams cholesterol.
