Ingredients:

2 cups (1 pound can) canned pumpkin puree

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 cup orange juice

1 quart nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with a blender until smooth. To make it extra festive, serve from a carved-out pumpkin.
