Grape volcano smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 cup skim milk 
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ice cubes

 

Directions: 

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds.         

 

Nutritional Information (per serving): 210 calories, 0 g fat, 44 g. carbohydrate, 10 g protein, 140 mg sodium
