Fruit frosty soda
Ingredients:

1-2 scoops vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream

2 tablespoons frozen juice concentrate (ex. orange, grape, lemonade, limeade, pineapple, or fruit blend)

1 cup sugar free non-cola carbonated beverage (ex. 7-Up, Sprite, Ginger Ale or club soda)
Directions:
Put frozen yogurt or ice cream at the bottom of a tall glass. Mix frozen fruit juice concentrate with carbonated beverage and pour into glass over frozen yogurt. Serve with a straw and a spoon.
