Registration Information:

Deadline: May 29, However we only have spots for 100 campers so it is a good idea to get your registration in ASAP.

Who: Youth completing 5th or 6th Grade this school year.

Cost: $130 per camper (Some County Scholarships may be available for campers)

Dates: 3 p.m. Sunday, June 14th to Closing Ceremony 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2009

Request for Giving Prescription/Non-Prescription Medication at a 4-H Event Form (msWord) Prescript. Med in (.pdf)This form must be filled out and brought to camp for any medication that your camper may be bringing to camp. The State 4-H Camp Health Director will keep the medication and dispense it to your camper according to your directions.
