To enroll in the Harrison County 4-H Safety Education in Shooting Sports (SESS) program:

• Contact your 4-H Leader or one of us at the Harrison County Extension Office and express your interest in joining SESS.

• Consider attending a SESS information meeting for 4-H'ers and parents if scheduled (not mandatory).

Complete the following process:

1. Join a traditional county 4-H Club, if you are not a member already.
2. Complete (and return to the Extension Office) one of the following forms that best describes you:
   
   1. 4-H Medical Information/Release Form-Youth Member (4H-3039B)
   2. 4-H Medical Information/Release Form- Adult (4H-3039B-A)
3. Have your parents complete (and return to the Extension Office) the following form. 

• SESS Parental Approval Form

Each 4-H'ers must have a completed a 4-H Medical Information form and SESS Parental Approval form on file to join the 4H Shooting Sports.  Print these forms from this web site and then once completed mail them to the office (actual signatures are needed on-file at the office).  If you cannot print them from the web site, contact our office (see above) and we will send a copy directly to your home.

• After the forms are completed and returned, the Extension Office will then contact you and let you know what SESS club you are assigned to and brief you on upcoming events, etc.
