These interactive spreadsheets for Microsoft® Excel from the Iowa Beef Center (IBC) assists producers in balancing rations for their different types of cattle and helps them better used home-raised feeds

2007 Land Value Survey

The average value of an acre of farmland in Harrison County increased by $680 or 22% from last years value to a new high of $3,773 in 2007. Statewide, the average value of an acre of farmland in Iowa increased by just over $700 during the past year, to an all-time high of $3,908, according to an annual survey conducted by Iowa State University (ISU) Extension.
