The Hardin County Fair is July 9-13 this year. Information you needed for the fair can be found here!!
LIVESTOCK ID'S - ID's are due to the Extension Office by May 15. You can deliver your ID's in several ways: ID's can be brought to our office, if after hours you can drop them in our night drop box; ID's can be faxed to 641-648-4862; ID's can be emailed to tstansbu@iastate.edu and ID's can be mailed as long as they are postmarked by May 15. The Fair Board, Youth Committee and Fair Superintendents will not accept any late ID's for the County Fair this year. Any ID's turned in after May 15 will be denied.
YOUTH SHOWS - ID sheets for youth shows are due June 13 with fair entries.
4-H CLUB FAIR SCHEDULES - please check with your leader and arrange the times that you can work at the fair. Remember profits from the 4-H Food Stand are used for camp scholarships, lock-in, awards night, and half of the 4-H development fee.
CONFERENCE JUDGING FORMS
Conference Judging Club Schedule - this form lists the times for clubs to bring their exhibits to Conference Judging Day.
Conference Judging Sheet - this form is for listing your exhibits that you want judged. Please make sure the Code of Ethics is signed by 4-H'er and parent.
Goal Card/Sheet - this for must be completed for each exhibit unless otherwise stated in the fair book.
Exhibit Tags - one must be attached to each exhibit. Please cut sheet apart for each tag. (4th Grade tags should be printed on green paper.)
Photography Label - this label must be completed and attached to each photo.
Poster Form - this form should be completed for all posters entered.
