For the fifth year the Hardin County Community Endowment Foundation is pleased to offer grant applications for 2010. The HCCEF was formed to provide philanthropic support for community betterment projects in Hardin County. Grants are made available to the following areas: arts & culture, community betterment, education, health & human services, recreation & environment and youth development.
