Youth will learn about: quality Grade and Yield Grade – what’s the difference between prime, quality and select and why it is important, look at beef carcasses, learn about what to feed your animal – 1 coffee can full of grain or two, taste testing at a BEAST FEAST

Hardin County Community Endowment Foundation is accepting grant applications for 2012. Grant applications are due February 3, 2012. Hard copies of the application are available at local city halls and at the Hardin County Extension Office. The grant application can also be downloaded from this link.
