Hancock County Extension is seeking a 4-H food stand manager during the Hancock County District Fair, July 23-29.  4-H food stand has been revised for 2013 so the manager position will look differently than it has in the past.

During spring break any Hancock County 1st-3rd graders have the opportunity to make silly putty, create a lava lamp, color milk, and eat glowing jello.  Sign up today for the 4-H Science Mini-Camp on March 27th from 9-11am at the Garner Education Center.  Cost is $5 (scholarships are available).

Log-in to your families' 4-H online account to manage all your 4-H preferences.  You can also identify all your livestock in 4-H Online.  Keep track of what projects you are signed up for in 4-H. 

Start remembering that password and log-in frequently to get familiar with 4-H Online because soon even more will be available via 4-H Online.  Register for an event, enter state fair livestock shows, and more.

Afterschool Kids' 4-H Club at MacNider Art Museum

Students can experience an afterschool 4-H club where they learn more about a project area they chose.  Club members enjoy hands-on activities, snacks, games, field trips and more while developing leadership and teamwork skills.
