Buck Rose - Andante

Andante (1962)

Salmon pink shrub. The pointed, ovoid, medium-sized bud opens to a double, cupped flower 7-9 cm in diameter. The pale salmon pink flower is slightly fragrant. The foliage is leathery, dark bronzy-green. The plant is tall, arching and free-flowering in June, intermittent until killing frost. The plants are winter-hardy in Iowa without protection.
