What is the Community Tree Steward Program?

It is 28 hours of intensive training in community tree management in both classroom and field settings (hands on).

Who is it for?

The community Tree Steward Program is intended to serve citizen volunteers. Others who may attend include community forestry and park staff, tree care professionals, utility company representatives, and county conservation board staff. CEU's are available for this course.

When is the training and how much does it cost?

Training will be May 15th (6-10 pm), May 23rd (6-10 pm), May 30th (6-10 pm), June 6th (6-10 pm), June 8th (8 am-5 pm), June 13th (6-10 pm), and June 20th (6-10 pm). Cost will be $45 per person or $55 per couple (couples will share materials and the book).
