Flexible Farm Lease Agreements (FM1724) (Jan '07) Fluctuating markets and uncertain yeilds make it difficult to arrive at a fair cash rental rate each year. Some owners and tenants have develooped the flexible lease agreements, as an alternative, in which the actual rent is not determined until after the crop is harvested. The final rental rate is based on actual prices and/or yields.
