COMMERCIAL MANURE APPLICATOR CERTIFICATION/RECERTIFICATION
This course is for commercial manure service managers and commercial manure service representatives who apply manure for a fee.  This course will qualify as initial certification & as recertification for commercial manure service representatives.  Confinement site applicators may also attend, but will be required to attend all three hours of the program versus the required two hours in the confinement site program. 
COMMERCIAL MANURE SERVICE (CMS):  A commercial manure service is a sole proprietor or business of transporting, handling, storing or applying manure for a fee.  See the fact sheet below for more information.
COMMERCIAL MANURE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CMSR):  A CMSR is a manager, employee, agent or contractor of a commercial manure service, if the person is engaged in transporting, handling, storing or applying manure on behalf of the service.  A manager is a person actively involved in and makes management decisions in the operation of a commercial manure service.  A manager is also a representative.
