A reminder to 4-H'ers planning on exhibiting livestock at the 2008 Iowa State Fair that the process of verifying market animals and completing the Breeding ID form does NOT constitute entry. Along with the enry form you must turn in the Iowa Code of Ethics sheet and pay your stall fee. We do not want families to misunderstand and think that because they verified animals they are automatically entered for state fair.
Forms and stall fee are due to the Extension Office or postmarked by Tuesday, July 1st. Checks must be made out to Iowa State Fair (not the Extension Office). This is new this year.
The forms must be picked up at the Extension Office, we will not mail them out. Please call the office at 319-824-6979 if you have any questions.
