Intermediate Awards Applications

As an Intermediate 4-H member (grades 7-8), you are eligible for the following awards.  Awards and recognition are given for participation during the previous year (the grade you just completed).

Please fill out applications for any of the awards that you are interested in receiving and return them to the Greene County Extension Office by September 17.

Eligibility and requirements for the specific awards are listed at the top of each application.

Please keep in mind that record keeping material must be turned in to the Extension Office by September 17 in order to be eligible to receive any county awards.

Copies of the Intermediate Awards Packet are available at the Greene County Extension Office.
