Rotary Club of Jefferson Grant Applications Avaialble

Applications and guidelines for the Rotary Club of Jefferson Grant Program are available at the Greene County Extension Office. Completed applications are to be postmarked by March 15, 2014 and mailed to PO Box 459, Jefferson IA 50129. Applications can also be downloaded through the Extension website at  www.extension.iastate.edu/files/greene/Grant%20Application%202014.pdf.
 
Rotary primarily considers making grants to eligible organizations whose project or program will benefit others in the areas of Education & Literacy, Community involvement, Youth, Economic Development, Community Assistance, and Health. The club works to annually allocate 80-85% of donated funds to benefit people locally, and 15-20% to benefit people internationally. Grant award meetings are held in May.
