Preserve The Taste of Summer For Youth and Families

ISU Extension and Outreach is now offering Preserve the Taste of Summer to youth and their families in select counties.

 This new program is a comprehensive course for people to learn about food preservation.  It includes on-line courses and hands-on workshops.  Registration and payment of the course is done online at www.ucs.iastate.edu/mnet/preservation/home.html
