Back to school transitions can both be exciting and a bit scary for children - and their parents - whether they're preparing for the first day of preschool, moving to a new school or entering middle school. August 24, 2015

Greene County 4-H members, families, and volunteers are invited to a countywide Greene County 4-H picnic at Spring Lake, to be held Saturday, August 29, beginning with activities at 6:00pm and the meal starting at 6:30pm.  Also invited are youth and families interested in joining or learning more about 4-H.  The event is being organized by the Greene County 4-H Youth Development Committee to celebrate the new 4-H year through food and fun.  Attendees will get the chance to participate in activities such as a scavenger hunt, yard games, kickball, art, and skating. Skating will be avaible after the meal until 8p.m.
