How to Get Started
  1. Download Sample Analysis Service Request Form
  2. Call for barcodes: 515-294-5387 or e-mail: rippke@iastate.edu
  3. Send the clean samples to the lab in numerical order
  4. Receive your data by e-mail.

Quick Facts

  • Additional fees apply for missing barcodes, dirty samples, FAX, and rush data
  • Strict confidentiality of sample and analysis data is maintained
  • Turnaround times vary by season and number of samples
