To register for any of the courses please email your selection to Nora Ladjahasan at nading@iastate.edu.

In your email note the course(s) your courses click on the Registration Form link above in order to download the form.  Print the form, complete it and send to the address below with your registration fee.

Make checks payable to Iowa State University. Enrollment cannot be guaranteed unless full payment is received.
