Mandy started as the County Program Coordinator in January, 2012.  She resides in Shenandoah with her husband and 2 daughters.  Mandy grew up on a farm in northeast Nebraska where she was heavily involved in 4-H.  She holds degrees from Dakota Wesleyan University in Business Management and Communications.
