Munchkins & Moolah: Teaching Preschoolers to Share, Save & Spend

A new online class is being offered through ISU Extension & Outreach called "Munchkins & Moolah:  Teaching Preschoolers to Share, Save and Spend."  The class will be taught by Phyllis Zalenski, Family Finance Spcialist and Sandra McKinnon, Family Life Specialist, both with ISU Extension & Outreach, and will be held on Wednesday, April 17th, 7:30-9:00 p.m.

Children's understanding of money starts at an early age.  Through this online class, child care providers can learn how to share money fundamentals with preschoolers through fun activities, books, everyday conversations, and by being important role models.

Space is limited and registration is required by April 15th.  The cost is $25.00.  To register, find the Iowa Child Care Provider Training Registry at https://ccmis.dhs.state.ia.us/TrainingRegistry/.  click on Search Trainings.  Select Iowa State University Extension as the training organization.
