FREMONT COUNTY JUNIOR OVERNIGHT: ―Road Trip- March 13-14 Meet new friends and have a blast at the Fremont-Mills School playing games and fun activities with other juniors from Fremont County. The cost is $15 per person and is open to any 4-H‘er in 4th, 5th, or 6th grade. A portion of the event fee will be donated to the Fre-mont County Sheriff's office for a new DARE Dog. All participants need to be registered by March 5. Come pick up a form at the Extension Office or download them off this link.

IOWA 4-H VOLUNTEER RETREAT

The 2010 Iowa 4-H Volunteer Retreat will be held on February 26 - 27, 2010 in Ankeny. We are inviting staff, volunteers, and members who are Intermediate or Senior age (7th through 12th grades), who are involved in the leadership of 4-H at project, club, or county programs. The Retreat is being developed as a train-the-trainer event. We hope participants will use information from the sessions to teach 4-H members in their clubs and counties.

The 44th Annual Farm and Ranch Machinery Show will once again be filled with the latest agricultural innovations, equipment and supplies with more than 900 exhibits for farmers, ranchers, and their wives to visit all on one level of over 200,000 square feet in the state-of-the-art Qwest Center-Omaha.
