Gary Hall, ISU REED, provides Extension programming leadership in five North Central counties: Cerro Gordo, Floyd, Franklin, Mitchell, and Worth. He works with the county extension councils to determine and implement an issue-based approach to deliver ISU Extension programs and resources in North Central Iowa.
