Raisin Energy Snack

Spanish PDF: 
Serving Size: 
1/2 cup
Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup dry cereal (Cheerios, Wheat Chex)
  • 1 cup pretzels

 
 
 
 

Instructions: 
  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Place in a container with a lid to keep fresh.

Note: If you have young children, raisins and nuts are a choking hazard

Tips: 
  • Divide into snack size baggies for a snack to take along!
