Eat right with the plate method

An easy way to make sure you’re eating the right amount of food is to use the “plate method.” Look at your plate. Here’s what should be on it...

Be careful! Plates have actually gotten bigger over the last 40 years. Most plates are 12 inches wide, but the plate method was designed for a 9-inch plate.
