Lesson Three: Where is The Temperature Danger Zone?

INTRODUCTION
The Food Safety information is intended for consumers, educators, and those working in the food service industry. The information is based on recommendations found in Food Code 2005. Food Code 2005 represents the most recent science-based information about good food safety practices.

THE TEMPERATURE DANGER ZONE

This lesson presents a hypothetical situation using cartoon characters to explain the importance of time and temperature in keeping food safe.
