Foodservice Employee Training Videos

Food safety training is only as effective as the least-trained employee in the operation. The following videos can be used as training so each food service employee is familiar with policies and apply proper procedures in the workplace.

Training videos focus on:
  • Important role each foodservice employee has to practice food safety in the operation
  • Effective handwashing practices and appropriate personal hygiene for foodservice workers
  • Procedures for monitoring time and temperatures of potentially hazardous foods at each step of food flow through a facility
  • Two-step process of cleaning and sanitizing with emphasis on effective manual and mechanical methods
