On Tuesday, June 9th, there will be a fair challenge recipe workshop at the Floyd County Fairgrounds from 10-12noon.  Space limited so call 641-228-1453 to pre-register.  No cost for this workshop.

4-Her's - spend the day with us on June 16th from 9:00 am-1:00 pm at the fairgrounds and leave with 3 finished projects. Space is limited so call 641-228-1453 to register.  Cost is $10.00 which includes pizza. 

April 23, 2015

Does river tubing, hiking, cooking over a fire, and learning about wildlife sound like fun.  Then 4-H Camp is for you!  This camp is June 10th - 12th at  the Cedar Spinrgs Camp near Floyd, IA and is for 4-H'ers that have completed 4th - 7th grade. Cost is $10.   Space is limited.

This Show Clinic on June 2nd is free and open to everyone!  Pre-registration is required  Topics will include showmanship, basic grooming, handling, and show ring ethics.

Every June, almost 1,000 teenagers converge on the campus of ISU for 3 days full of speakers, workshops, mixers, dances, a banquet, and community service activities.

    Every June, 1000 teenagers converge on the Iowa State University campus for 3 days of speakers, workshops, mixers, dances, a banquet, and community service activities. If you've completed 8th-12th grade, you're eligible to attend. Non-4-H members are welcome.

  • Provides opportunities for youth to demonstrate, learn and apply project and communication skills. Every year the 4-H Exhibits Building features well over 3,000 exhibits and Livestock shows engage more than ## youth.
